Emerald Ford and Isuzu UTE is growing, and we are offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic, driven individual to kickstart their automotive career as a Sales Cadet.
This entry-level cadetship is designed to develop you from the ground up into a high-performing automotive sales professional. You will work alongside experienced mentors, learn our brands inside out, and build foundational skills across customer relations, product demonstrations, vehicle handovers, and dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Ford and Isuzu UTE vehicle specs, technology, and accessory options.
- Assist with vehicle presentation, yard merchandising, and pre-delivery handovers.
- Greet showroom guests, assist with digital inquiries, and support customer follow-ups.
- Learn CRM software, vehicle quoting systems, and dealership compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For
- No automotive sales experience required — we teach you the trade; you bring the drive, coachability, and work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural customer-first attitude.
- High motivation, personal accountability, and an eagerness to build a long-term career.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred, or minimum Provisional/Open).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
