2021 Ford Focus ST-3 Coming Soon

July 13, 2021

Ford’s hot hatch has been given a new, limited-run flagship chock full of equipment.

Many of the features in the ST-3 were previously standard in the ST, which lost blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, heated seats and a 10-speaker sound system as part of its 2021 model year update.

Blind-spot and rear cross-traffic alert will again be standard across the ST range, including on the ST-3, from later this year.

New for the ST in Australia is the lighting system, which uses a camera to read the road ahead and actively steer the beam for upcoming bends.

Unique standard equipment in the ST-3 includes:

  • Advanced Front Lighting headlights with cornering
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • 10-speaker B&O Play sound system with subwoofer
  • Head-up display
  • Heated front seats
  • Power front seats with power-adjustable lumbar

Power still comes from a 2.3-litre turbocharged petrol four-cylinder engine with 206kW of power and 420Nm of torque, sent exclusively to the front wheels.
